Administration sets

Cardinal Health carries a complete line of dedicated administration sets for use in:

The Alaris^® System and the Gemini infusion system
The MedSystem III^® infusion pumps
The Alaris^® SE pumps

The Alaris^® System and the Gemini infusion system administration sets and the Alaris^® SE pump administration sets are available with the SmartSite^® needle-free valve ports or the split septum needle-free injection ports. Also available are sets with a SmartSite^® needle-free valve bag access port, for use with the Texium^TM closed male luer. The Texium^TM closed male luer and the SmartSite^® needle-free valve products provide closed-system access to IV bags for adding or removing fluids.

The MedSystem III^® infusion pump sets are available with the SmartSite^® needle-free valve ports. All administration sets can be ordered with standard injection ports and provide integral anti-free-flow protection.

Secondary and extension administration sets are also available to provide greater flexibility and additional infusion capabilities to gravity and pump infusion sets.

Administration sets for the Alaris^® Pump module and the Gemini infusion system
Sets for use with the Alaris^® System are latex free and feature the integrated safety clamp mechanism to help prevent accidental free flow.

Administration sets for the Alaris^® SE pump
The AccuSlide^® flow regulator and the SmartSite^® needle-free system together enhance safety and convenience.

MedSystem III^® infusion pump
The sets are for use with the MedSystem III^® multi-channel infusion system. They are latex free with a flow stop mechanism.
