Technical services

We offer a wide range of technical support services. Our Service team are fully trained to provide on-site preventative maintenance and technical support on a contract basis. Our workshop engineers are based at our head office facilities in Seven Hills, Sydney and in our regional offices in Mansfield, Brisbane, Mont Albert, Melbourne and Redcliffe, Perth. We pride ourselves on our quick response times, to both technical phone inquires for support and repairs. Our goal is to ensure that your Alaris® infusion pump is close to the point of care at all times and in helping to keep the infusion pump downtime to an absolute minimum.

Working with you, our technical service centre can design service contracts to suit the needs of your department by helping you maintain equipment levels that suit your clinical needs.

Technical Training Courses can be tailor-made to suit the needs of our customers' requirements, from a basic technical introduction course to a full day in-depth course. All our courses are aimed at supporting Hospital training policies and in ensuring that biomedical engineering staff is kept abreast of product developments.
