Position descriptions

Development Managers function within an Agile development environment by managing the activity of one or more development teams in meeting the objectives of developing products that will bring healthcare and technologies together to transform healthcare into a safer and more cost-effective industry.

Innovation Solutions Managers and Consultants are responsible for exploring healthcare-related problem areas using the Fuse innovation process. They develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to identify new solutions for commercializable products.

Systems engineers are responsible for the development, delivery and operation of computing and information services. They anticipate, plan and deliver IT solutions and strategy, which enable business value.  They are also responsible for technical configuration, design, administration, development, implementation and support of application and information frameworks that Fuse Commercial Technology products utilize.

Platform Architects are both leaders and hands-on developers with the ability to coach multiple teams of application developers by example. They are experts at designing and developing all layers of an application and platform. They work in an Agile development environment architecting, designing, leading and delivering technology solutions to transform healthcare into a safer and more cost-effective industry.  They are expected to be highly in-tune with industry best practices, technologies, processes and techniques and can provide leadership to multiple teams on how best to apply them pragmatically to solve business problems.

Product Systems Analysts function in an agile development environment and are responsible for eliciting detailed requirements from the Product Owner and other subject matter experts and stakeholders to define epics, features and detailed stories at sufficient detail to enable efficient and predictable delivery. They understand elicitation practices to drive out details on user needs and workflow to enable effective solutions that delight users. 

Project managers ensure that all team members and business partners are accountable and informed of the critical path that ensures success. They coordinating across multi-functional teams to ensure timelines and project milestones are met according to customer expectations. They facilitate project meetings and are accountable for managing the project deliverables and dependencies.
