Jessica Sverha is a registered nurse with deep in-hospital experience including psychiatric care, surgical intensive care (SICU), post-anesthesia care (PACU), and emergency room (ER). She served as charge nurse in the SICU and ER units and clinical manager in the PACU, where she directly managed 45 staff nurses.

As part of the Clinical Data Innovation and Insights at Cardinal Health, she now applies her clinical knowledge toward product cross-referencing and alignment with global product standards. This helps Cardinal Health to provide industry-leading value-oriented healthcare products across the continuum of care—all with the end goal of helping health systems improve patient outcomes and reduce the cost of care.
