Established over 30 years ago, with 3.500 sq. metres of manufacturing space (clean room, class ISO8), our state of the art facility in Rovigo, Italy manufactures a wide range of IV disposables and related products. Our team have many years experience manufacturing these specialised products and are dedicated to providing high quality products in a cost effective manner.The quality evolves from a complete knowledge of the product and of the process; for this reason our plant, over the years, has acquired all the departments and technologies necessary for the design, development and production, such as: Research & Development, Controls, Extrusion, Injection moulding, Automatic assembling, Automation, Packaging, Sterilisation.
In our modern facilities of 10,700 sq. meters, we have over 150 employees, 4 extrusion lines, over 40 automatic assembling machines and 19 injection moulding machines. More than 350,000 meters of tubing are extruded every day, 340 million moulded pieces per year and over 20 million sets manufactured per year.
Our products include, OEM medical devices (IV sets for gravity and pressure; blood administration sets; IV flow controllers; extension lines; oncology sets, accessories), components and semi-finished products which are sold throughout the EU and worldwide
