On January 6, 2010, the Board of Directors of Cardinal Health, Inc. ("Cardinal Health") approved the revised Standards of Business Conduct. Cardinal Health revised the Standards of Business Conduct to provide a more concise presentation of the standards of conduct that apply to directors, officers and employees in the course of their work for Cardinal Health. Cardinal Health expects that the revised Standards of Business Conduct will afford it greater flexibility in adopting and updating its internal policies as appropriate.
