The Guardrails® Suite of safety software includes:
- Guardrails® Safety Software – The Guardrails® safety software which resides on the infusion pumps, allows caregivers to safely select and program infusions.
- Guardrails® Editor - The Guardrails® Editor software is a PC-based authoring and pump configuration tool that manages how medications can be programmed on the infusion system by setting limits on the rates, volumes, and doses that are appropriate for a given patient care area.
- Guardrails® CQI Event Reporter - The Guardrails® Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Event Reporter is a PC-based application which provides analysis capabilities to measure effectiveness of hospitals' safety practices.
