We offer a wide range of technical support services. Our team of field service engineers provides on-site technical support, assisted by our workshop engineers, based at our facilities in
Basingstoke, Hampshire. We pride ourselves on our quick response times, which in many cases can be less than five working days. Our technical field service provides not only the added benefit of keeping the infusion pump close to the point of care, but also helping to reducing the pump downtime to an absolute minimum.
Working with you, our technical service centre can design service contracts to suit the needs of your department by helping you maintain your equipment levels that suit your clinical needs.
Technical Training Courses can be tailor-made to suit the needs of our customers' requirements, from a basic technical introduction course to a full day in-depth course based on your department needs. All our courses are aimed at supporting Hospital Trusts with Clinical Governance and Control Assurance requirements.
