Who they are and what they do
Cardinal's team of 20+ clinical project managers have an average of 20 years in OR management and supply chain consolidation experience. They work with the customer to design, deliver, and adapt hospital supply chain solutions. They assess the facility's requirements utilizing their own experience in the OR and with other Cardinal Health customers. They design programs in conjunction with the customer (service line) team.
Timing
They are on-site during program delivery to provide training on practice changes and associated value. They return after program implementation to measure program results and help adapt programs for further efficiency and savings opportunities.
Deliverables
The clinical project team conducts an in-depth assessment of customer needs that results in actionable reports that:
- Provide an effective method to updating product and practices changes associated with managing the supply consolidation program.
- Identify product and practice savings associated with supply consolidation and standardization.
