Who they are and what they do
Our logisticians work with customers to design, deliver and adapt hospital supply chain solutions. They assess the facility’s current situation utilizing their own experience in supply chain flow, space planning, inventory reduction and financial summary analysis. They design the case pick program in conjunction with the customer’s materials and clinical teams.
Timing
They are on-site during program delivery/implementation to provide training on supply flow changes and associated value. They return after program implementation to measure program results and help adapt programs for further efficiency and savings opportunities.
Deliverables
The logistics management team conducts an in-depth assessment of customer needs that results in actionable reports that:
- Outline the most effective method for streamlining the procedure area supply flow.
- Identify inventory reduction and space planning opportunities.
