Product donations
Our product donation program focuses primarily on international humanitarian relief. Domestic exceptions are made in times of national emergency. The humanitarian organizations approved by Cardinal Health’s product donation program include:

Regulations and restrictions
Our product donations program is governed by strict federal and international laws, regulations and guidelines. For this reason, we only work through a group of approved charitable or humanitarian relief organizations selected to meet demanding criteria in managing, administering, shipping and monitoring donations received from large, international healthcare corporations like Cardinal Health. These organizations are IRS-approved charities committed to humanitarian relief and have extensive history in managing liability issues such as customs, tax, litigation and the environment.All Cardinal Health product donations must be made either directly through one of these approved organizations or an established partner of one of these organizations. Cardinal Health cannot donate products directly to a customer. Any inference of product donation in exchange for business is strictly prohibited.
