ZoomStar™ Colposcope

(Wallach Surgical Devices) This colposcope incorporates a stereoscopic Nikon® head with Nikon® zoom optics. You can examine the entire area, zoom in for a closer look at suspicious tissue, then zoom out again to perform a biopsy, never interrupting the procedure to change eyepieces. The Trulight™ lighting system incorporates five high-intensity, long-life light-emitting diodes designed around the objective lens, so you never need to change a light bulb again. The colposcope has an ergonomically correct 30° angle eyepiece to allow you to work in a more natural position. It has a compact center post suspension with both fine and coarse height adjustments and a stable five point base that can be maneuvered easily by your feet, leaving your hands free to perform biopsies and to make fine adjustments to the scope.
