QuickVue® iFOB Fecal Occult Blood Testing Kit

(Quidel) The QuickVue® iFOB immunochemical device is intended for the qualitative detection of fecal occult blood. Designed to be more sensitive than traditional guaiac-based methods, it has no dietary restrictions and requires only one specimen collection from the patient. It offers hHb analytical sensitivity of 50ng/mL buffer or 50/g feces, specific to human hemoglobin. The specimen collection tube doubles as convenient/sanitary dispenser.

Kit can be stored at room temperature for 24 months from date of manufacture. Complete kit is sufficient for 20 tests. A 10-test kit with additional patient specimen collection and return sets is available separately. External controls (positive and negative) are also available separately.
