Cardinal Health offers a wide array of OB-GYN diagnostic procedure trays to meet your clinical needs.

Amniocentesis

Single-use, sterile Safe-T Amnio trays and standard amniocentesis trays are available in a variety of configurations for your procedural needs. Some of our featured components include:

• Match-ground needles help eliminate tissue coring.
• Ultrasharp, long bevel tip geometry facilitates easy insertion and reduces pain.
• Centimeter depth markings assist in precise needle positioning.
• Prelabeled specimen vials with leak-resistant closures help prevent loss of precious specimens and contamination risk. Most trays also offer amber-colored vials which inhibit UV light penetration when transporting samples for bilirubin studies.
• Ultra-clear hubs with magnification window and side view channels provide 360° visibility. Blue tint increases visualization and helps reduce glare.
• Nonslip wings facilitate positive handling during insertion.

Paracervical/Pudendal Block Trays

These single-use, sterile trays offer a variety of syringe sizes and types to suit your procedural preference for noncontinuous paracervical block or transvaginal pudendal block:

• Three syringe styles allow you to choose the one that best suits your procedural techniques.
• Metal Iowa trumpet needle guide facilitates controlled entry and accurate positioning of 6? (15.2cm) procedure needle. The flared design reduces the risk of missing the opening, resulting in fewer needle sticks.
• 22G x 11/2" (3.8cm) needle allows for the introduction of local anesthesia.

Circumcision

The sterile, single-use circumcision tray saves time in setup, eliminates the cost of instrument resterilization and reduces the risk of cross contamination:

• A full array of disposable, high-quality, stainless steel instruments provide reliable operation and sharpness and accommodate procedural variation.
• A fenestrated circumcision drape, designed specifically for circumcision procedures, includes a 5/8? circular fenestration.
• Compact, double-deck tray design includes prepping and draping components in one tray and instrumentation in another tray.

Exchange Transfusion

This tray includes all of the necessary components to safely and efficiently perform exchange transfusions:

• Umbilical catheter in 5 and 8 Fr sizes includes a radiopaque stripe.
• Rotating stopcock helps to assure fluid direction.
• Calibrated waste blood container allows for easy fluid measurement readings.
• Exchange transfusion record aids in additional safety measurements.
