Our distribution centers are working tirelessly. We’re committed to the efficient distribution of product in and out of the country and to distribution centers, as well as from distribution centers to customers. We are:
- Investing in air freight shipments to get customers what they need as fast as possible
- Expanding our hours of operations
- Following strict health and safety requirements and guidelines for each facility
- Relying on our strong connections with state emergency management groups to help facilitate getting our delivery trucks in and out of cities and states
- Helping our drivers remain physically separated from other workers per physical distancing guidelines
Customer Service
Cardinal Health is providing Medical Distribution Customer Service in the United States Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST.. In addition, to support the significant increase in volume of Customer Service call and email requests, we’re using advanced speech analytics and evaluating order patterns to best respond to customers’ needs accurately and efficiently.
Pharmaceutical Customer Service is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST and an emergency hotline is open for weekends.
