Instructions for Use: Do Not Attempt To Use Your Bed Wedge Without Reading All Instructions Carefully. Failure To Follow Instructions May Result In Injury. To Use: For Upright Sleeping Remove the pillows on which you typically sleep and place the bed wedge in their place. To sleep upright, lay the bed wedge with the widest end down against the mattress, the flat side against the wall or headboard, and the narrowest part at the top. Lay back against the bed wedge to ensure it is comfortable for you. For Head and Upper Body Elevation For a slight incline, lay the wedge with the wide bottom against the wall or headboard, the flat side against the mattress, and the narrowest end going under your upper body. For Foot or Leg Elevation To elevate feet or legs, lay the wedge with the flat side against the mattress, the narrowest end going under your hips, and the wide bottom facing the foot of the bed. This is also a good position to use for swollen feet or tired muscles in legs. Be sure the bed wedge is resting on the bottom sheet to help prevent shifting during sleep.
