Generic Customer Programs and Market Development at Cardinal Health
By Greg Ewing, Vice-President, Generic Customer Programs and Market Development and Dave Terlesky, Director, Business Operations and Customer Analytics
It was a pleasure catching up with many of the generics manufacturer partners at the Cardinal Health Business Partners Conference in Columbus last month. We met with several of you during the one-on-one table meetings to learn more about the initiatives you have on the horizon. We enjoyed hearing about your company’s future pipelines and learning more about the challenges the market is placing on your organization.
For those of you that we didn’t get a chance to meet, our team represents Generic Customer Programs and Market Development here at Cardinal Health.
The team serves as the main point of contact for all Cardinal Health customers with regard to generic pharmaceuticals on our SOURCESM portfolio. This includes creating strategic initiatives aimed at customer program strategy, development and execution. As a dedicated generics partner, we assist our customers with understanding the current and future generics market trends to help them make educated generics buying decisions. The current market dynamics require creativity and we offer a broad set of offerings to best meet our customer’s needs.
I would like to extend a personal thank you for all you do to help us better serve our customers by achieving the highest service levels possible. Maintaining high SOURCESM Generic service levels is on the top of our customer’s minds as well as ours.
Another way our team collaborates is with our generics operations team to ensure we have newly launched generic product for our customers. This helps us remain market competitive and we appreciate all you do to help us make generic launches go as smoothly as possible for our generics.
I look forward to seeing you next year at Retail Business Conference (RBC) 2018 in Nashville!
