Jennifer Fillman is the Vice President/General Manager for Cardinal Health Specialty Solutions.
In her role overseeing capabilities in access and patient support, healthcare marketing and analytics, third party logistics and strategic accounts, Fillman offers biopharma clients solutions that leverage the integrated value of Cardinal Health services to help drive success for their specialty products.
Since joining Cardinal Health in 1995, Fillman has held a series of financial leadership and senior management positions. She most recently served as Vice President of Finance for the Specialty Solutions business. Fillman also previously served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, where she managed budgeting and forecasting and led the finance succession-planning for talent management efforts. She has held prior positions at Cardinal Health in both finance and operations roles including Director of Accounting for Nuclear Pharmacy Services, Manager of Investor Relations and Reimbursement Services Supervisor.

Fillman serves on the board of BioOhio, a non-profit membership organization focused on accelerating bioscience discovery, innovation, education, research and commercialization, driving economic growth and improved quality of life in Ohio. She also serves on the board of Global Village Collection, a non-profit organization that promotes Fair Trade practices and provides education to improve economic welfare of Third World artisans and farmers and is a past board member of Respite Connections, a non-profit agency that provides planned and emergency respite care for special needs youth, adults and their families.
Fillman received a bachelor’s degree in economics management and German from Ohio Wesleyan University and a master’s degree in business administration with finance concentration from the University of Dayton.
